The following Strategic Objectives will assist in achieving our mission and aims:
· to monitor and review the effectiveness and sustainability of our property factoring, residential letting and commercial letting services, as well as identify opportunities for continuous improvement;
· to seek and identify opportunities for developing the business incrementally through building on our core competencies of housing, regeneration, asset management, partnership working and consultancy services;
· to explore business development opportunities where there is strategic fit and where we can facilitate mixed tenure initiatives in areas of market demand;
· to review continuously and improve the effectiveness of our business in terms of its financial viability and strength, its structure, its systems and procedures, the management of performance and the management of risk; and
· to continue to develop the company’s human resources, ensuring that both directors and staff are appropriately skilled and focussed to meet the changing needs of the business.
