About Care & Repair

The primary aim of Care & Repair in North Lanarkshire is to assist elderly and disabled owners and private tenants to undertake repairs and improvements to their own home.

We can provide advice and assistance for essential building maintenance repairs to your home as well as referral to other agencies where appropriate.

If you are looking for a tradesperson to carryout building works, we can provide you with some names from our Contractors List.

Our Small Repairs Service can undertake minor joinery, plumbing and electrical works.
