Clyde Valley Property Services Board of Directors

Clyde Valley Property Services is governed by a voluntary Board of Directors

That Board’s powers (and those of the Company itself) are controlled by a legal agreement (Independence Agreement).  The Board of Directors is made up of representatives of the Board of Management (of Clyde Valley Housing Association) and it has places for individuals not connected with the Association’s main activities. 

The Office Bearers include the Chairperson and Secretary who are elected at the first meeting after the Annual General Meeting to hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting. 

There are currently 3 members on the Board of Management:  

Bill Dickie, Chairman

Colin Cumming, Director

Tom Barclay, Director and Secretary

Given the nature of our work within CVPS we are actively seeking members that could add to the skills of the companies board in the property field.  As with the main Board of Management, these posts do not attract payment, and are completely voluntary activity by the individuals concerned.  If you or anyone you know thinks they have the skills, and time to commit to such a voluntary role within a new Company then contact Nareen Owens on 01698 328240 or via e-mail at owensn@cvha.org.uk.
