Clyde Valley Property Services Board of Directors

Clyde Valley Property Services is governed by a voluntary Board of Directors

That Board's powers (and those of the Company itself) are controlled by a legal agreement (Independence Agreement).  The Board of Directors is made up of representatives of the Board of Management (of Clyde Valley Housing Association) as well as individuals with relevant skills who are not connected with the Association's main activities. 

There are currently 3 members on the Board of Management:  

Harry Deerin, Chairperson

Donna Milton, Vice Chairperson

Campbell Boyd, Director
