Welcome to Clyde Valley Property Services

          Based in Motherwell, Clyde Valley Property Services (CVPS) is a subsidiary company of Clyde Valley Housing Association.

We provide a property factoring service to some 3,000 owners across North Lanarkshire and South Lanarkshire, as well as leasing lock-up garages and commercial premises, and providing residential letting services.

CVPS has a Board of Directors who are responsible for directing the business of the company, determining policy, setting objectives and monitoring performance.

Clyde Valley Property Services aims to provide a range of housing, regeneration, asset management and other related services that meet the needs of customers and communities within the areas where we operate.
