Based in Motherwell, Clyde Valley Property Services (CVPS) is a subsidiary company of Clyde Valley Housing Association.  

CVPS provides a factoring service to approximately 2900 owner-occupiers throughout North and South Lanarkshire.

CVPS has a Board of Directors who are responsible for directing the business of the company, determining policy, setting objectives and monitoring performance.
