Welcome to Clyde Valley Property Services

Clyde Valley Property Services was established in April 2006 as a subsidiary company of Clyde Valley Housing Association, following the conversion of the Association to a Recognised Scottish Charity.   

Clyde Valley Property Services provides a Factoring Service to approximately 2700 owner-occupiers living in our estates throughout North and South Lanarkshire. The Company’s headquarters are based in Motherwell, where staff administer our services.

The Company has a Board of Directors who are responsible for directing the business of Clyde Valley Property Services, determining policy, setting objectives and monitoring performance.
